• The breeder guarantees that the puppies are in good health at the time of sale and have received all necessary vaccinations and dewormings.
• We cannot promise that the puppy will never have a health issue, but we promise to try our best to ensure the puppy’s health.
• The guarantee only applies to the original purchaser and does not cover parasites acquired during travel.
• The breeder will pay for surgery if the puppy has umbilical or inguinal hernias. It is the buyer’s responsibility to take proper care of the puppy and any costs incurred, including veterinary costs, are the buyer’s responsibility.
• If the puppy needs to be returned, the papers provided at the time of purchase can be used, but the buyer cannot get their money back for the dog.
• We affirm our commitment to providing the puppy with a 2-week health warranty and a 1-year genetic warranty.

• We attest that the puppy you buy is in good health at the time of sale and has received all shots and dewormings listed on the vaccination record issued to the buyer(s).
• The cost of further vaccinations, booster shots, and dewormings will be the buyer’s responsibility.

The following requirements must be met in order to receive a new puppy if this one gets sick or has a genetic defect.

• We must receive a formal report from a licensed veterinarian saying that the puppy unquestionably has a genetic disorder that might harm the puppy, along with the veterinarian’s office phone number.
•  If the puppy should pass away, a licensed veterinarian must perform an autopsy and record the cause of death.
• Before a decision is made, the supporting documents must be sent to us.
• The seller maintains the right to have a vet of choice to verify the diagnosis.
• Any costs you may incur, including as return shipping and veterinary costs, are entirely your responsibility.

Your puppy will have a thorough health inspection from our veterinarian, which will include a fecal test to see if the dog is parasite- or worm-free. (We only use airlines that have a Pet Safety Program in place to ship our puppies.)
As soon as the reservation deposit is received, we will make a delivery appointment (flight) and provide you the itinerary with all of the times, flights, schedules, tracking AWB, and pick-up information.
Your puppy will be picked up from our breeding facility by the delivery service, who will then prepare him for delivery before taking him to the airport the day of his flight. The delivery company will contact you by phone and email with all the pertinent flight information after the necessary paperwork has been filed and your puppy has been checked in at the airport. We will keep you informed of the flight’s progress every step of the way until your puppy safely lands at your door.
You can also follow the status of your puppy’s flight on the delivery agency’s website by using the tracking number we will email you following flight confirmation.

Unless we put him on a late flight, our puppies often leave early in the morning and arrive later that day or the next morning.
To ensure your puppy is healthy, you need first take him to a licensed veterinarian within the first seven days. If you don’t, our refund policy won’t apply.

If the puppy is at least 8 weeks old and has the required medical documentation, we often deliver within 6 to 8 hours, either the same day or the following day. Please remember that it will take us at least two hours to buy the flight ticket. We will try our best to send your puppy to you as quickly as possible, but that is the only method to get low-cost flights.
The only method to deliver your puppy in the summer is to fly with them on the plane and personally transport the dog to the nearest airport because there is a heat embargo for canines. 

A payment method convenient to the seller would be agreed upon.

Reservations are made by specifying the puppy name in your reservation request. If the puppy is available, a refundable  reservation deposit (usually half the original price)
